With the support of the World Bank, the Punjab Government is implementing the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project within the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department. Under the existing contract appointment policy (revised 2022) since 2004, candidates from across the province of Punjab are eligible to contribute their expertise to the project.
