- Open your messaging app.
- Compose a new message.
- Type your National Identity Card number and send it to 8171.
- You will soon receive a message with information about your payment.

Method 1 (Online Registration):
If you are comfortable using the internet, you can complete the registration process online:

- Click “Submit,” and your information will be forwarded to the BISP office.
- Once they have verified your details, you will receive a confirmation message through 8171, confirming your registration.
Method 2 (Registration at BISP Tehsil Office):
If you are unable to complete the registration online or if a survey is required, follow these steps:
- Visit the nearest BISP office with your ID card and children’s bay form.
- Obtain a token and wait for your turn.
- Request assistance from a staff member to conduct the required survey.
- Provide all the necessary information they request.
- The BISP office will assess your eligibility for the program.
- If you are not approved, you can update your information later if your circumstances change or if you fall ill.
- After your successful registration, you will receive a message through 8171 instructing you to collect your payment in a few days.
